A few simple rules to return or exchange a product

Are you not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it? Did you choose the wrong size and want to exchange it? No problem, you have 30 days to do so to contact us and get a refund of what you spent or to make an exchange.

For some products, such as racing suits or wetsuits, the size exchange is free. In other cases, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.

Free size exchange

Many products offer a free size change. This means that in the event of an exchange, the costs for the new shipment will be at our expense ( valid only for shipments in Italy ). The products for which a free size change is available are indicated on the site. Among these, in particular, most of the racing costumes and wetsuits for swimming and triathlon and many others.

In any case, for your convenience, we suggest you consult the size chart in the product sheet before completing the purchase and contact us in case of doubt. We will be happy to indicate the most suitable size based on your needs and your body type.

Returning a product

Have you changed your mind, are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can return all or part of what you purchased and obtain a refund for the returned products. You will only be deducted from the costs we have incurred for shipping (even if you have used free shipping).

How to request a return or exchange

To obtain a return authorization and receive instructions on how to send the product back to us, contact our customer service by sending an email to info@puffosport.it , or by calling us at 010 3727289.

Remember to indicate in the email the order number you received at the time of purchase and a telephone number where we can contact you.

Refund Policy

As soon as we receive your return, if it meets the requirements listed below, we will refund you the amount.

• We refund immediately to your credit card if you paid via Paypal or credit card.
• We refund by bank transfer if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
• In any case, we cannot make refunds by other means (card top-ups, postal orders, bank checks).

Requirements to return and obtain a refund

In order to obtain a refund (except in the case of Replacement under Warranty ) the products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be returned in "as new" conditions and be suitable for resale.

Remember that all the original seals, labels, boxes or wrappings must be intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with a charge for transport costs or retained with a penalty that will vary from 50% to 80% of the purchase value based on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.

In particular, here are some of the precautions that we ask you to respect to obtain the refund:

• Do not test any product in water
• Don't get your clothes dirty while trying them on
• try on costumes and wetsuits while wearing underwear
• Do not remove labels and tags
• Do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes and packaging
• Do not write on the original boxes or packaging
• Do not wash clothes, wetsuits or costumes
• return all accessories originally supplied

We are sorry, but we will not be able to accept:

• visibly used products
• products that have been washed, marked, stained, torn and/or have undergone any alteration
• products without tags and/or original box
• electronic products without all the accessories originally supplied
• products that have been altered, tampered with, broken, abraded or simply opened with a seal.
