The Cressi swimming wetsuit is inspired by the underwater Kuwae caldera, located in the Vanuatu archipelago, in the South Pacific Ocean. The coral color of the upper part of the wetsuit recalls the lava of the volcanic eruption, as does the truly explosive design. This particular color was also chosen to give maximum visibility to the swimmer when in open water.

Kuwae was designed entirely with the help of sophisticated 3D wetsuit modeling software, which allowed us to study the fit of the materials and the different sizes on virtual mannequins.

Kuwae is the ideal wetsuit for cold waters with temperatures between 12 and 18°C. The different thicknesses (2-3-4 mm) of the super elastic materials promote buoyancy, help the swimmer achieve perfect trim when swimming on the surface and improve fit in the arms/armpits, while ensuring complete freedom of movement.

The striped material insert applied in the wrist area helps to move more water during the classic freestyle stroke.

The new low crew neck design has been studied to avoid friction around the neck, while maintaining a perfect seal against water infiltration.

Inside the under-zip you can personalize the wetsuit with your name and insert the key of any means of transport in the appropriate pocket.

The YKK back zip guarantees durability and resistance over time: the slider is made of anti-corrosion metal material, to ensure greater strength when pulling the cord when closing/opening the wetsuit.
